Watching stars

Watching stars

Don’t explain what it was
Let’s just watch stars,
Like it’s our last time,
In the world where nothing lasts.

We’re always forced to play roles,
With fake smiles heart grows cold,
But I still don’t hate this world,
If still there are stars, there’s hope.

We may never meet again,
Don’t tell me, I’m aware,
Stop justifying your every step,
It’s already a crime that we’re here.

I care for you, even if it’s wrong,
To care for another living soul…

Don’t explain what it was,
A star falling down you cheek,
Don’t be afraid to feel,
You’re not weak, you’re real.

No matter how many years pass by, I won’t lose the things you gave me, those memories are a part of my beating heart… they humanize me… they make me real…

Dead butterflies

Dead butterflies

Your pretty words
Are complete nonsense,
Escaping your lips
Only to fall down

Like dead butterflies.

Only a fool can remark,
Their inner beauty,
Justify the crime
Of being empty inside.

So you feed the naive souls,
With lies and crave for their existence
In your life and head,
Because otherwise...

You’ll turn into a butterfly yourself...

Some can’t live without lies anymore, it’s not a bad habit or an addiction, it’s the only way of living, achieving and gaining attention they know…

Candle’s flame

Candle’s flame

A flame of a candle,
Still keeps the warm in your heart,
And it’s light,
Keeps sparks in your eyes.

But there’s no one inside,
For a so long,
Only remains of you,
Trying to imitate your life.

But your lips smile,
As no one knows the truth
And brain create lies,
As the only thing it remains to do.

And you still receive love,
But you can’t give it back,
As the wounded soul,
Only gains pain instead.

You’re a candle,
And you’re running out of time,
But no one sees how you’re burning down,
They only see your light.

Please, please never burn out…
